Values

Our Company Values are the core beliefs that guide us in our daily decision-making and behaviour.  They are the principles that shape our Culture.

The six values of Own.Breakout.Deliver were developed by employees of Incitec Pivot to guide personal and corporate behaviour.  They are:

In a nutshell, we are saying that "we care" - about the business, the environment, the people and communities we come into contact with, in constantly improving our performance and, importantly, keeping our word.
