Rob Squire is Incitec Pivot Limited's Southern Region Business Manager.
Rob brings many years 'experience in rural distribution and fertilisers to Incitec Pivot.
He has had a lifelong career in the fertiliser industry, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather who also worked at the Port Adelaide site.
In 1990, he started at Port Adelaide with Cropmate Fertilizers, becoming State Manager in 1996 before the company's owners closed their Australian operations.
Soon after, he formed Direct Fertilizers and built the business to an annual turnover of more than $50 million and a volume of 100,000 tonnes in the following eight years before it was acquired by ABB in 2004.
Rob became General Manager of ABB's fertiliser division where he worked for three years before joining Incitec Pivot in February 2008.

Dean Johns is Area Sales Manager covering the Wimmera and Mallee of Victoria. He joined the business in November 2006. Dean is well known around the Wimmera where he has lived and famred all his life. Dean leaves in Horsham with his wife Gabriella and two children, Jordan and Jamila.
Jason Muldoon

Jason Muldoon is Area Sales Manager for Gippsland, based at Leongatha.
Originally from a sheep and beef property at Heywood, Jason joined the company in 1996, 12 months after finishing Agriculture Science at the University of Melbourne.
He remembers his induction period very well. His first boss gave him a map, an order book, a mobile phone, car keys and a five-minute induction. Since then Jason and his young family have moved around quite a bit, working from Shepparton, Tasmania and Colac before settling in Leongtha. He and his wife, Donna, have two boys and a girl.
Serge Usatov

Serge Usatov is Area Sales Manager covering central Victoria and the Colac region from Yea across to Ararat, down to Warrnambool and the western side of Melbourne.
He joined Incitec Pivot in April 2006 after several agronomy roles in commercial and government organisations.
Originally from a dairy farm near Warragul in Gippsland, Serge has an Applied Science degree from the University of Melbourne - Dookie College.
Ross Price

Ross Price is Area Sales Manager for Western Victoria and the Lower South East of South Australia where 95% of the fertiliser is sourced from the Portland plant. Ross enjoys the reliable climate there, which supports beef, sheep, dairying and agroforestry, with a small amount of horticulture.
Ross will be celebrating quite a milestone in August 2007, when he reaches 35 years of service with Incitec Pivot and its predecessor business. He started working from Portland, but he now works from his 26 hectare place at Heywood, on country ranging from bushland to prime flats which have never gone brown, even in the pas 12 months. Ross is not too fussy about the breed, so long as there's a difference between the buying and selling prices!
Jim de Hennin

Jim de Hennin is Area Sales Manager for Wagga Wagga. Jim has spent a lifetime on the land, mainly in the Albury-Wodonga border country of NSW and Victoria.
Jim's first job was with Farmers and Graziers before branching into selling crop protection lines for a Melbourne-based distribution company in Albury.
Jim moved across to fertiliser sales about 13 years ago, where he lives at Talgarno on the edge of Lake Hume.

Rikki Pumpa is Area Sales Manager for Murray/Riverina. Rikki was brought up on the family farm near Swan Hill. From 2001 he worked for Landmark at Swan Hill in merchandise, finance and fertiliser. In 2005 he moved accross to IPL as the Swam Hill RSC manager and is now Area Sales Manager for Mid Murray
Matt Robertson

Matt Robertson is Area Sales Manager for North East Victoria. Matt started working with Incitec Pivot in 2002 after graduating from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Agriculture (Dookie) and having worked in several sales and agronomy roles in Victoria, Southern NSW and South Australia.
Matt comes from a dairy farming family at Yarragon in Gippsland and is currently living in Numurkah.
Ian Laube

Ian Laube is Area Sales Manager for the Eyre and York Peninsulas in South Australia but his patch also extends to the Mid North and the Adelaide Plains.
Ian joined the company back in 2000 and he lives in Port Lincoln, Australia's answer to the Mediterranean, with his wife Ines and three daughters, Sarah, Thea and Kate.
Port Lincoln is his home town. He left there in his late teens to work throughout SA and NSW only to return home 20 years later.
Rob Alexander

Rob Alexander is Area Sales Manager for Incitec Pivot Limited, looking after customers in the South East and Fleurieu Peninsula of South Australia.
He is well experienced in the demands of rural merchandising after managing his family's merchandise store at Port Wakefield and performing similar roles in several Elders branches over the past seven years.
However, Rob spent the first decade of his career in the aviation industry, working for National Jet Systems as Operations Coordinator in the Moomba gas fields and then in Adelaide as Operations Supervisor.
In 1998 on his 30th birthday, he joined his parents' business, Dry Creek Rural Agencies, at Port Wakefield Road on Adelaide's outskirts, primarily servicing vegetable growers in Virginia, as well as local councils and the surrounding Adelaide Hills.
Three years later, the business went into partnership with Elders and soon after, Rob was appointed Merchandise Manager at Elders' Roseworthy branch.
After approximately four years at Roseworthy, he accepted a position as Manager of the newly acquired business of Independent Fertiliser during its merger into Elders Mt Gambier.
He spent two years as Merchandise Manager at Millicent
Rob joined Incitec Pivot in April 2008, enjoying the opportunity to work with distributors across the South East and Fleurieu Peninsula.
He, his wife Sally and twin daughters live on a small property outside Mt Gambier where Rob enjoys raising Angus cows and calves and Hereford steers in his spare time.
Peter Miell

Peter Miell joined Incitec Pivot Limited in March 2008 to help develop the company's relationships with distributors in South Australia.
Peter is Area Sales Manager based at the company's Port Adelaide site and a 'local' with excellent experience in the fertiliser industry and a passion for surfing.
Originally a motor mechanic, Peter started off in the industry by doing some casual work stacking fertiliser bags back in the early 1990s.
Soon after, he worked Direct Fertilizers designing and commissioning fertiliser sheds as the business grew throughout the state.
Peter's experience soon extended to fertiliser sales, enjoying the opportunity to meet and mix with farmers throughout the state.
He was Operations Manager at Direct Fertilizers when the business was bought by ABB in 2004.
In 2006, Peter left to start his own gardening and lawnmowing business before joining Incitec Pivot in March 2008.
"It's great to be back in the industry again, working with and helping our distributors," he said.
