Sample Submission Forms

Submitting samples to the laboratory correctly allows us to process your samples efficiently. Here are some tips to assist you in this regard:

• Ensure sample bags are filled to the line on the bag and are sealed correctly.
• Ensure both the sample bag and sample forms have corresponding barcodes attached in the designated area.
• Ensure that all details on the samples form have been completed and are enclosed in the clear press-seal plastic bag provided.
• Place sample bags and the clear press-seal bag, containing the sample forms in a mail satchel and seal securely.
• Samples should be sent to:

NUTRIENT ADVANTAGE ADVICE SIF's

IPL's new decision support system (Nutrient Advantage Advice) uses SIF forms (Sample Information Forms). There are currently 3 types of SIF's available:

1.  SOIL SIF (use this form for any soil sample submission except deep soil  Nitrogen analysis) 

            - To fit 3 samples from the same industry type on the one form, use the   following industry specific forms: PASTURE SOIL ONLY    CROPPING SOIL ONLY   HORTICULTURE SOIL ONLY

2.  TISSUES SIF (use this form for any tissue sample submission)

3.   DEEP SOIL NITROGEN SIF (use this form for deep-soil Nitrogen testing)
