Mark Holland is the Northern Region Business Manager.

He enjoys the responsibility for managing a six-member team of Area Sales Managers who support customers involved in a diversity of cropping and pasture pursuits.

Mark has clocked up nearly nine years with the business, including five years as Area Sales Manager in Mackay and two years at Cowra in a similar role prior to this.

He joined Incitec Pivot from Chemtrans, where he spent four years as Branch Manager in Townsville, and seven years in various roles with Mayne Nickless.  

Mark has driven forklifts, cranes and interstate fuel tankers - you name it! 

He enjoys the variety in his role, working with distributors and staff in markets ranging from the vineyards of the Hunter Valley and pastures through to cereals, cotton and summer crops in northern NSW and the Darling Downs.

Mark enjoys most sports including football of any code - rugby union, rugby league and Aussie Rules.

James Gowan

James Gowan is Area Sales Manager for Far North Qld. James is highly regarded for his local knowledge and commitment to customers.

His career includes roles in sales agronomy at Wesfarmers Dalgety and as a branch manager for Primac Elders.

James grew up on his family's property at Mutchilba, near his birthplace at Mareeba. He studied horticulture at the then Queensland Agricultural College.

Stephen Newbery is Area Sales Manager for Central Queensland, NT/Ord,  based in Mackay.

Growing up in the Mackay district on a sugarcane farm, Stephen graduated from the University of New England with a Bachelor of Rural Science degree.

His career history includes roles with Colly Farms, McGregor-Gourlay and Koramba Cotton & Ginning.

Noel Matthews

Noel is based in Gympie. Noel has a rural background and has a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Queensland's Gatton College.

David Kettley is Area Sales Manager for North East NSW. David has 30 years experience in agriculture, formerly employed by Roche Maag, a crop protection company.

Originally from the Queensland wine town of Stanthorpe he is now based on the Gold Coast.

Wayne Gordon

Wayne Gordon is Area Sales Manager for the Darling Downs.

He came to the role in 2009 after more than a decade with Incitec Pivot in a BIG N® role, and is well known to business partners and farmers in the region.

Wayne's expertise in BIG N saw him heading up the Field Services team, which involved working with growers to set up application rigs, liaising with equipment manufacturers to customise machinery for BIG N, conducting safety training, running demonstration days and coordinating accreditation.

Wayne is a Pittsworth local and a boilermaker by trade.

Craig Foreman is Area Sales Manager for North West NSW. Craig has been involved in the cotton industry for more than a decade, on the land and in agronomy and sales roles.

Craig grew up on farms at Coonabarabran and Moree before spending four years at Gatton College to gain a Bachelor of Applied Science in Rural Technology.

Noel Trevaskis is Area Sales Manager for South East NSW.

Noel has strong ties to the area, he has been based in Goulburn for the past 18 years, the first seven years as an Area Sales Manager for Nufarm before joining the fertiliser industry with Pivot Fertilisers.

Noel is originally from the Riverina where his family owned a mixed farm.

Noni McCarthy

Noni McCarthy is Area Sales Manager for the Dubbo area.

She grew up at Coonabarabran as part of a farming family. After completing a Bachelor of Arts in Rural Science at Armidale's University of New England, Noni settled in Dubbo for three years as Hi-Fert Territory Manager.

She has held consulting and retail positions with rural retailers as well as private consulting jobs like monitoring watermelon and rockmelon crops and developing a new IT system for data management in feedlots.

Nick Fell

Nick Fell is Area Sales Manager for the Forbes district. 

Nick completed a Bachelor of Rural Science degree at the University of New England in 1992. He is currently based in Forbes and has been working with the local farming community for over 15 years.

Before joining the company, Nick worked as an agronomist for Canowindra Produce.
