Cropping Technical Agronomist Jim Laycock spent his first 25 years in 
A contract harvester for 10 years, Jim moved to Cowra after a farm management role at Grenfell, and the completion of a Diploma in Farm Management at the
Five years with the NSW Department of Agriculture followed, and then an eight-year stint in sales with Incitec Pivot.
Predominantly responsible for the broadacre markets of central NSW, Jim takes a keen interest in nutrient management for minimum till systems, and is a keen member of the West Australian No Till Farmers Association.
Co-ordinator - Agronomy Program
Matt Mahoney is Incitec Pivot's Co-ordinator - Agronomy Program, and supports the technical agronomists team. Matt's prior roles:

Matt completed a PhD on fertiliser placement at Latrobe University in 2005 and grew up on a farm in the Mansfield district where he still has farming interests.

Based in the Burdekin, his current role builds on his experience in sales agronomy with Landmark in the Burdekin over the past eight years.
Prior to this, he spent several years with Primac in Mackay and Ayr.
A Gatton College graduate in horticultural technology (plant protection), Rob worked for Initec from 1992 to 1994, when he was based at the production laboratory at Gibson Island in Brisbane. During this time, he was involved in quality assurance and environmental monitoring associated with the manufacturing works.
